Stricter Admins

THA needs to have stricter admins, and ask regulars if they are helpful, ignores a lot of people crys for help, or majorly mingeish. ive seen some pretty high ranked admins abusing, and not answering questions and stuff, the point is you have to be stricter when making someone a admin. its annoying to see a admin come and abuse the rules, then kick someone for doing what they're doing

technicly he doesnt have to do anything...lol, but i see what ur getting at...that jazman guy...he always seems to teleport me somewhere...shocking!!!!

ye i kinda broke the rule page on the motd lol am tranna fix it but i am cinsidering demoting people etc, anyway if you think you would make a good admin, why dont u apply?

In my opinion, you shouldn't demote them straight away, but to tell them to be stricter / less abusing and threaten them with demotion.

Look, at point admins will break a rule or two from time to time. There is just simply no way you can have a stricter admin without him/her breaking some rules from time to time. It's fact, always was fact, and always will the fact. If you still want to argue, then fine. But what I said is fact, and there's no way this will change.

I beg to differ. I helped run one of the largest gaming community across five different games for over a year and a half (EdgeGamers™ Organization), when we did have an admin 'break a rule' to do his job he or she would be either a) demoted on the spot b) removed from the clan or c) banned from all the servers.

We led over 700 ACTIVE members at one time, 8 32 Slot TF2 servers, 4 24 slot DOD servers, 2 CSS servers, and 2 COD4 servers and 99% of the time EVERY single one of our servers were full. With over 700 members we only had issues with maybe a dozen. Even then it was for things like unfair punishments and breaking the server rules.

Our admins were, for a lack of better words, admin nazis. You break a rule, you're out, regardless. No exceptions for anyone, even other admins.

If you let one admin get away with certain things, then the rules don't matter to him, and the more the rules cease to matter to him, the less the rules matter to other admins aswell. Soon enough you'll have a server of corrupt, abusive, and otherwise useless admins who do nothing but ruin the fun of others for the sake of a few hahas.

The only reason our servers did so well is because our admins knew the rules, obeyed them, and enforced them, no questions asked, no exceptions. That made the servers enjoyable and fair for everyone, not just regulars and admins.

hhhhmmm, you do have a point, maybe we shud start demoting rule breakers, ill think about it n see what nekurrin thinks.

i think we should only demote abusers, not rule brakers! i know a couple abusive admnis(not saying any names) but we should still be just stricter, because a couple of the admins are very good builders, but not very god adminatsrative admins!
